What are the codes for a Australia mobile to call or text a Canada in Toronto mobile is it 0011+1+1 (mobile number)

Hi Pete. The Canadian number has just one starting 1 (not 2). So you would have:
0011 1 followed by 10 digits starting with the 3 digit area code. When dialing from your mobile phone you may also use + instead of 0011.
