How do I block incoming calls from Egypt?

My phone provider, Optimum, does not have the computer setup to block phone numbers with more than 10 digits. They may have it in the future. Egypt cell phone numbers are 12 digits long. What do I do to block them?

You can’t unless you ask Optimus to block all incoming international calls.
