Call from Us to Cell phone in Mexico

Hi. I can make a call to a landline in Juarez Mexico with no problem. When I try to make a call to a cell phone in Juarez Mexico, I get a message saying the call cannot be completed as dialed. I use the same code for both. Any help? Thanks.

Hi,

Did you add digit 1 (one) before the area code? This digit is needed for dialing Mexico cell phones from abroad. So, if you are in the US or Canada you would dial: 011 52 1 + area code + cell number.
