    Hi

I tried to call 2 thai cell phone numbers from Singapore with 001 66 8 ???? ???? for several days, and I always get a recorded message in both Thai and English saying that it is a “call back service” and I should leave my phone number.

Do you know if it means the cell numbers are no longer in use or if the users were engaged on the line?

    Thanks!

    Hello Harrods,

Most likely this was the voicemail for the two cell numbers. There could two reasons why you were getting the voicemail: cell phones turned off, non coverage area. Generally if the numbers are no longer in use you would get a message telling you just this.

Thanks. I guess I’ll just have to keep calling the numbers to get to them then.
