Call to Cambodia “not accepting”

Have called before + gotten through. This week, 2 attempts get this message
” your call cannot be completed at this time in the country you are calling. Please call again later. 0 89 T.” the last part “zero-eight- nine- T.”
Any advice appreciated, thank you.

Hello,
Try a different connection to dial the call. If you hear the same message there is likely an issue on their end and you ought to try later. I assume you do know that you must add 011 before 855 to place the call.
