Calling a Canadian cell from a UK landline

We will be renting an apartment in May in London. My sister is bringing her Canadian cell phone over (they have a plan to make it work while traveling) and is expecting me to call her when they arrive (to tell her we are at the apartment). She has her Canadian cell phone number 1-519-***-**** How do I call that number from our London UK apartment?

To call your sister’s Canadian cell number start with double zero: 00 1 519 *** **** (the same dialing sequence one would use to call her from the UK when she is in Canada, nothing changes). The call is then automatically redirected back to wherever she is located.
