I am trying to call Accra Ghana from Us the number I have is 011-2335549362xx
But I get recording number not on service, what am I doing wrong, thanks

I just tried dialing this number and I too got a recording. It sounded like a voicemail message, but I couldn’t understand what it said. Then there was music played after the recording.

Your dialing sequence looks right so there’s likely an issue on their end. This is a Ghana mobile number. If the recording you have heard didn’t sound like mine maybe your calling plan blocks international calls.
