fax from US to Rome

I want to fax to Hotel Ergife Palace in Rome Italy- having problems sending. I am using 011-0039-06-66-32-689 What am I doing wrong?

Hello,

Here’s what you’re doing wrong: the 00 before 39 is the code they use in Europe to dial internationally. You must replace it with 011 and not use both of them: 011 39 and so on.
