How do i call a cell phone in Kuwait from the United States

I am calling from a company that requires you to dial “9-1” to dial out….how do i dial the rest then??

Hi Josh,

You dial 9-1 when calling within the US. Basically you dial 9 to get an outside line. To dial internationally try 9-011 followed by Kuwait’s country code and cell number. So it will be 9-011 965 ???? ????. If it doesn’t work then your line may be blocked for dialing internationally.
