How do I call Columbia from Korea using a calling card?

I just want to know exactly what I asked. How do I call Columbia from South, Korea using a cell or land line using a calling card. It’s a Korean Naray Telecom card. Thanks.

Using a calling card to place international calls requires dialing an access phone number first followed by the international number. After entering the access number provided by the calling card provider, in this case Naray Telecom, you would enter 001 57 followed by the Korean number.
