Lunar to Orbital Platform

Will be traveling off planet soon to the ISS. I have a buddy who’s stationed at base on the dark side of the moon. We both just bought the same Android phone and don’t want to leave them behind. When dialing out should I use the country code that we’re hovering over at the time or the country where my phone plan was initiated? I hope roaming charges aren’t too bad. It only takes 92 minutes to orbit the planet.

Anyway, your cell phones would be too far to connect to Earth’s base stations so you would have no signal.
