solution to call up in brazil from india

i need to call up in Brazil, and the number what i have is a 10 digit number’s
but then when i dial those number’s it appears as the number is incorrect, i do i connect.

Hello,

To call a Brazil phone number from India you have to dial 00 55 followed by the 10 or 11 digit number. Note that recently Sao Paulo cell numbers changed from 10 to 11 digits – maybe you have the old number? See the page below for further info:
