What do i dial to call this number?

I was given this number to call a support team for an overseas company, but after dialling it got the message “this number is incomplete or incorrect” i’ve never phoned overseas before, am i doing it right? the number was “+49-30-611035-1400”, I live in Australia if that makes a difference

This is a German telephone number from Berlin. I just tried dialing it and I got the machine – it said something about calling “Native instruments” outside of their work hours (which makes sense because it is almost 10pm in Germany). So the issue seems to be on your end.

Try using 0011 instead of the plus sign in the beginning:
0011 49 30-611035-1400. If this doesn’t work call your telephone company to inquire about your calling plan – it is possible that you can not place international calls without activating an extra feature with them.
