When dialing USA from Brazil…

When I dial the exit number; 00 do I need to pause a couple seconds to allow it time to register? The same with the other numbers, i.e. the carrier number and then the 1 to enter the USA. Should I dial with pauses after any of these numbers or is it okay to just dial it all all at once?

There is no need to pause between exit number and the rest of the phone
number. Dialing the exit code isn’t like trying to access an outside line,
it is more part of the number you wish to dial. So just dial it all at once.
