writing out your number

I have to provide my home (USA) number in filling out a banking form in NZ. How do I write out my US phone number to include all country codes, etc. ? Thank you.

Your complete US number is: 1 ### ### #### (1 is the US country code and the rest is your area code plus local number). To this you should add the plus sign: +1 ### ### ####. The plus sign says that yours is an international number for someone calling it from New Zealand.
