I wonder if 00-1-0-xxx-xxx-xxxx would complete a collect call from Europe to a US number? Otherwise, it appears the bank card numbers listed as “collect” just don’t really work that way, and while it sounds nice, you may just be doing a regular call to a US landline phone. My concern is like a previous forum entry, where hold and delay time may eat up any voice minutes on an Int’l Roam package, and then you are stuck with excess overage costs. Guess we’ll just hope we don’t have to find out.
