I did not add the ???, he gave me 1447031970??? and told me told dial it exactly as he gave it to me. In fact he advised me to not add the 011-49 when calling from US but even that doesn’t work. I tried to call it and drop the ??? and that didn’t work either. Got any other suggestions.
